ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.

At Cabinet Wholesale USA, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. As part of our commitment, we offer exchanges in the event of factory defects on eligible items. Please carefully review the following terms to understand our exchange policy:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  1. Factory Defects Only: To be eligible for an exchange, the cabinet must exhibit a factory defect.

  2. Return Conditions: The cabinet must be returned to Cabinet Wholesale USA unassembled and in its original packaging with all accompanying parts.

  3. Timely Claim of Damage: Any claims of damage must be made within 5 days of pick-up to be considered for an exchange.

Exchange Procedure:

  1. Upon meeting the above criteria, an exchange for a matching item will be facilitated.

  2. In cases where the exact replacement item is unavailable, we will order the said item and contact you upon its arrival to arrange the exchange.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the aforementioned conditions.

Exclusions:

  1. Items not meeting the conditions stated above will not be eligible for exchange.
  2. Damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, or modifications not in line with our guidelines will not qualify for an exchange.
